and then i found four kittens.

how all the strays in wallburg find me, i do not know. they must know my heart aches for them.

last night, during our evening walk, robert and i saw a whirlwind coming toward us. a cloud of gray, black and white. as it got closer, i realized it was kittens. they stopped once they reached our heels, and wove their tiny bodies around our feet and purred.

someone let them out on the road, and they found me. or i found them.

either way, right now there are four tiny furballs in my shed, laying on bicycle seats and exploring the rafters. they have bellies full of milk and cat food and a warm pallet to rest on.

and i'm finding them homes.

but until they leave, i'm loving on them, stroking their teeny ears and rubbing their backs.

i was never a cat person. i do believe that might have changed last night.

so cute- when I was in college I used to foster kitties and I had six and a mama once- so much fun.

So cute! You say you are finding homes, but since not being a cat person changed - that very well might change too. And hey, outside cats wouldn't be bad, they are pretty low key. ;)

Aww they are so cute! I hope they all find wonderful homes.
And thank you for your incredibly sweet comment on my blog. I meant a ton to me! Thank you!

HOW CUTE! I've never been a cat person either, but if four sweet kittens wrapped themselves around my heels, I would definitely change my mind too! Good luck finding them homes - and in the meantime, really enjoy their cuteness :)

What luck! Kittens are my favorite.

I came from Diana's blog to see your nose. You're right, it's awesome. I'm learning to love mine!

two posts in a row! (Hearted Girl had a cat in her latest post too:) I miss having a cat SO bad... the purring, the snuggling :) *sigh* but my hubby is definitely not so much into the feline kind. I'm working on him though ;)

And I'm glad those 4 sweet little things found you!! Both of those photos made me smile! :)

kittens!!! kittens are so ridiculously fun. i found two stray kittens about 12 years ago and they've been my roommates ever since. one passed away last year and the other is warming her way into my partner's heart {slowly but surely}. :) it's amazing how much better life is with an animal. good luck finding homes!

They are very cute, but I bet you didn't let my little Pablo see them!! I don't think he would be very happy about sharing your love with those little kittens!

PS: it's working! I can comment again (for now at least) hahaha - my husband likes to joke around that I only need to look at the computer and it breaks... oh it wouldn't be as much fun without it ;)

I was never a cat person growing up either. Now I have three, and one my heart is absolutely attached to in a way I would never have expected. See, little kittens and puppies are just bundles of love and how could you not love love? I hope you find them all good homes (maybe one or two with you??).
